Albuquerque, NM - This afternoon, Thomas Dolphus was sentenced by Judge Nakamura in the Second Judicial District Court to 13.5 years of incarceration followed by a period of 5-20 years indeterminate probation and parole. Dolphus was convicted of two counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children (Manufacture) and one count of Sexual Exploitation of Children (Possession) after a bench trial in May 2015.
