Albuquerque, NM - Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas announced that Second Judicial District Court Judge Brett Loveless sentenced defendant Craig Highfill to three years in the Department of Corrections, followed by an indeterminate period of probation and parole. Highfill was convicted of Sexual Exploitation of Children (Manufacture) after he admitted to placing a video camera in his insurance business’ public bathroom he knew to be frequented by children. He admitted to recording at least thirty videos from this camera. He also possessed numerous photos of the clothed intimate areas of both female adults and female children.
