Farmington, NM - Today, Bobby Willis plead no contest to second-degree felony embezzlement and third-degree felony embezzlement charges in Farmington District Court. The court ordered that a sentencing setting would be scheduled within 60 days over the Office of the Attorney General’s objection to impose 12 years of incarceration immediately after the plea was entered. Under the agreement, Willis faces up to 12 years of incarceration and must make restitution to victims, which he cannot discharge in bankruptcy in addition to court ordered fines.
