Albuquerque, NM – Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas announced that a Bernalillo County jury convicted Kyle Sanchez of two counts of attempt to commit Criminal Sexual Penetration in the first degree after a two day trial before the Honorable David Williams. Sanchez was charged with attempt to commit Criminal Sexual Penetration after arranging to commit sexual acts with an 11-year-old perceived child and arriving pursuant to the solicitation. Sanchez faces a possible 18 years at sentencing and sex offender registration.
