Albuquerque, NM – Today, New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas announced the 2016  Attorney General Community Summit,  Protecting Tomorrow, Today, will focus on two themes: Empowering Women and the State of Our Youth. 
Keynote speakers include Maria Cardona, CNN Political Analyst, & Amy Ziering, producer of the documentary The Hunting Ground
KOAT’s Nancy Laflin will emcee Empowering Women and KRQE’s Jessica Garate will emcee State of Our Youth.
The two-day summit will bring together experts from around New Mexico and the nation to tackle the toughest issues facing our state. The summit will offer free trainings to the public and breakout sessions for experts in various fields who work to make New Mexico a safer, healthier and more prosperous place. The summit will be held in Old Town at Hotel Albuquerque on June 27th and 28th.
