Carlisle Barracks, PA – This week, Attorney General Hector Balderas and Lt. Col. Thomas Gonzales, New Mexico National Guard Joint Counterdrug Coordinator, participated in the United States Army War College's 11th Annual Commandant's National Security program: "Strategic Leadership for Global Challenges to National Security." This intensive program brings together a wide variety of strategic leaders to discuss the most significant public safety challenges facing the nation. The program ran from July 18 - 21, 2016.
