Torrance County, NM – Today, Attorney General Balderas announced that Craig Huppertz of Torrance County was sentenced to nine years in prison and a term of parole between five to twenty years today. Huppertz was sentenced after being convicted of one count of sexual exploitation of child by manufacture. Graphic, sexual images of young children were in Huppertz’s possession at the time of his arrest. Huppertz will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
