Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas offered the following statement, in response to resignation of Scott Pruitt as chief of the Environmental Protection Administration: "This is a resignation that should have happened long ago. Scott Pruitt has shown no regard for the rule of law during his tenure as EPA chief.
