Albuquerque, NM - Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas put a dangerous convicted sex offender back behind bars. James Richard Coca was on supervised probation for possession of child pornography, and was arrested in May for a DWI offense, violating the conditions of his probation. The Court today unsatisfactorily discharged Defendant from probation, sentencing him to 270 days in the Department of Corrections, followed by a one-year period of parole.
