Albuquerque, NM – Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas announced the grand jury indictment of Fred Lewis. Between early 2015 and late 2016, Lewis is alleged to have allowed a woman who recently moved to Albuquerque to share his apartment, eventually forcing her to perform sex acts with him and another individual, and threatening to kill her at knifepoint after she refused to have commercial sex with a drug dealer in exchange for drugs.
