Albuquerque, NM—In response to the news that Justice Charles Daniels passed away, Attorney General Hector Balderas issued the following statement: “I am saddened to hear of the passing of Justice Charles Daniels. He was a champion of fairness and equality in our judicial system, and the State of New Mexico benefited greatly from his service. My thoughts are with his family and friends.”
