Albuquerque, NM–Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas announced that the Office of the Attorney General, in conjunction with the Fourth Judicial District Attorney's office, secured a three-count conviction of a Pecos man for the rape of his two-year-old daughter. Selito Dos Santos was convicted on two counts of criminal sexual penetration of a minor and one criminal sexual contact of a minor. Dos Santos was sentenced to 36 years in prison for these offenses.
