ALBUQUERQUE, NM ---Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas announced that Second Judicial District Court Judge Daniel Gallegos sentenced Curtis Clayton to five years in the Department of Corrections for possession of child exploitation material, which depicted sexual exploitation of a child under 13. Investigators with the Office of the Attorney General conducted a search warrant of Clayton’s residence where they found over a thousand images of child sexual exploitation.
