ALBUQUERQUE, NM---Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas announced that a Sandoval County grand jury indicted convicted sex offender Rollie Bruvold on four counts of criminal sexual penetration of a minor under 13 years old. The crimes allegedly occurred in 1985 while Bruvold was camping with the child in the Jemez area. Earlier this year, the Court of Appeals reduced Bruvold’s 108-year sentence in a 2002 child-sex case to 18 years, which Bruvold has already served.
