On November 10, 2020, at 8:33 PM, Troopers arrested Lechia M. Lemoi, age 45, of 361 Phenix Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I .160% ; Phase II .153%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Lemoi was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

On November 12, at 12:26AM, Troopers arrested Dale Burke age 24 of 231 Ellington Road Apt K, East Hartford CT for 1. Driving Under the influence-1ST Offense BAC .10-.15% (Phase 1 BAC: .104%, Phase 2 BAC: .100%), and 2. Possession of Marijuana (6.0 Oz). Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 at Atwood Avenue. Mr. Burke was transported to Rhode Island State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

On November 13, 2020, at 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested Roy Defusco, age 56, of 20 Park Street, Apartment #125, Johnston, Rhode Island, for an active 1) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Payment on the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the East Greenwich Police Department 2) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Payment on the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Johnston Police Department and 3) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant, Hold Without Bail, for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Obtaining Money by False Pretenses originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. Defusco was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing and later turned over to the ACI Men’s Intake Center.
