On May 31, 2021, at 10:30 PM, Troopers from the Traffic Safety Unit arrested Yohnni Tetreault, age 23, of 1585 Elmwood Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for an active Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Tetreault was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult after posting required bail.
