ALBUQUERQUE, NM---Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas announced that Jerrell G. Bundy was sentenced to the New Mexico Department of Corrections for Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”).  Bundy will serve three years in prison followed by five years on supervised probation, one year of parole, and will be required to register as a sex offender.
