At 6:31 PM, Troopers arrested Patience Nyanti, age 24 of 115 Bellevue Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of an accident investigation on Route 146, in the City of Providence. Nyanti was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and provided a future Sixth Division District Court date.

At 9:16 PM, Troopers arrested James Gardner, age 64, of 43 Harrison Street, Apt. #1 Rear, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs- B.A.C. Unknown- 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test- 2nd Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Gardner was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released to a responsible adult.

At 1:58 AM, Troopers arrested Jason Harrison, age 42, of 5 Osbourne Street, Apt. #2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs- First Offense .10-.15 (Phase One: .130, Phase Two: .120). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10, in the City of Providence. Harrison was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a probation violator.

At 3:16 AM, Troopers arrested Aliya Zalk, age 39, of 595 Hartford Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a determination of attorney on the charge of Breaking and Entering originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street, in the City of Providence. Zalk was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and then transported to Adult Correctional Facility- Women’s Intake Center.
