At 9:00 AM, Troopers arrested Carl Paul, age 56, of 185 Pine River Drive, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle originating out of the Johnston Police Department, 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting originating out of the Warwick Police Department, 3.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks, 4.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with an Expired License originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks, 5.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Paul was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

At 2:09 PM, Troopers arrested Jesse Beaudreault, age 25, of 25 Hemlock Road, Chepachet, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor First Offense—B.A.C. Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Phoenix Avenue in the City of Cranston. Beaudreault was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult.

At 10:00 PM, Troopers arrested Tiffany Davis, age 47, of 54 Chapel Terrace, Newport, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – First Offense – B.A.C. Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 in the City of Cranston. Davis was misdemeanor released and then placed into the custody of Rhode Island Hospital pending future 3rd District Court dates.
