At 7:12 pm Troopers arrested Derby M. Parra Cabrera, age 20, of Providence, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Obstruction originating out of the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Middle Street in the City of Pawtucket. Mr. Parra Cabrera was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution’s Men’s Intake Center.

At 8:00 pm Troopers arrested David N. Francisco, age 41, of 133 Dunedin Street Apt #2, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C Unknown, 2) Disorderly Conduct, 3) Reckless Driving, 4.) Malicious Damage, and 5) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Mr. Francisco was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 10:27 pm Troopers arrested, Jacob Ludwig, age 40, of 1 Hemlock Drive, Exeter, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense .10-.15 (Phase I BAC .122%, Phase II .130%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Mr. Ludwig was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, specially arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 1:41 am Troopers arrested Mickey Reeve, age 42, of 10 Carlos Estates Drive, Berkley, Massachusetts for 1) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on School Street in the City of Pawtucket. Mr. Reeve was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed then held overnight, pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
