At 7:02 pm Troopers arrested Kyle Hartsfield, age 26, for Driving with Suspended License – Certain Violations- for Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test originating out of the Traffic Safety Unit. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Hartsfield was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed then held overnight, pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a bail violator.

At 10:45 pm Troopers arrested Antonio Rivera, age 28, of 144 Daniel Avenue, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island, for an active Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of State Police Headquarters. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Rivera was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the ACI Men’s Intake Center.

At 11:04 pm Troopers arrested Derrell Alves, age 33, of 68 Woodman Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense and 3) Driving with Suspended License – Certain Violations – for Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 South in the City of Cranston. Alves was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, then held overnight, pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court, where he will be presented as a bail violator.
