The ticket matched five of the five white balls drawn, 20-31-38-40-49, but not the red Powerball 21 to win $2 million, less applicable withholding. Without the $1 Power Play option, the ticket would have been worth $1 million. The Power Play multiplier drawn was two.

Wawa, 260 W. Schuylkill Road, Pottstown, earns a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. The holder of the winning ticket should sign the back of the ticket and contact the nearest Lottery office.

More than 55,400 other PA Lottery Powerball® tickets won prizes of various amounts in the drawing, including more than 12,500 tickets purchased with Power Play® and more than 6,000 tickets purchased with Double Play®. Players should check every ticket, every time.

The Powerball® jackpot rolled to an estimated annuity value of $416 million, or $301.9 million cash, for the next drawing on Monday, September 13.
