May 12, 2022, Ottawa, Ontario – The Honourable Filomena Tassi, Minister of Public Services and Procurement, will announce the laureate of the Block 2 architectural design competition, as well as the second- and third-place finalists. She will be accompanied by John Ralston Saul, Honorary Advisor to the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, along with representatives from the federal government. A question period will follow the announcement.
