The Federal Maritime Commission is conducting security maintenance on the following systems:
- Common Carrier Tariff and MTO Schedule Registration Automated Form FMC-1
- Application for License as an Ocean Transportation Intermediary Automated Form FMC-18
- E-Monitoring
- The Electronic Reading Room
Until the required maintenance is complete, these systems will be electronically inaccessible to the public. However, our staff is available to help you complete any required business. Please follow the guidance for users below:
FMC-1: Email FMC1@fmc.gov with any inquiries related to the FMC-1 system. An FMC representative will return your message within one business day to address your request.
FMC-18: Email OTI@fmc.gov with any inquiries related to the FMC-18 system. An FMC representative will return your message within one business day to address your request.
eMonitoring: Send any monitoring reports, meeting minutes, or other documents to tradeanalysis@fmc.gov and cc (copy) the economist who is assigned to the agreement. Once the system is back online, we will ask you to submit the materials directly in the system. If you have any questions, please contact Kristen Monaco at 202-262-6505 or kmonaco@fmc.gov.
Electronic Reading Room: Please send any requests for documents received or issued in formal proceedings before the Commission to secretary@fmc.gov. Once the system is back online, we will ask you to go to the electronic reading room to obtain them. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of the Secretary via email or 202-523-5725.
