LOUIS, MO – September 12, 2026 (STL.News) The St. Louis Board of Aldermen has approved a sweeping new regulatory framework for data centers, restricting where massive computing facilities can be built and imposing new requirements for electricity, water, noise, renewable energy, and neighborhood impacts.
