LOUIS COUNTY, MO – October 7, 2026 (STL.News) St. Louis County could eliminate 28 park ranger positions under County Executive Sam Page’s proposed 2027 budget, reducing the county’s ranger operation from 34 budgeted positions to six as officials confront continuing financial pressures.
