The acquisition represents another step in an aggressive growth strategy that has transformed Azuria from the former publicly traded Aegion Corp. into a privately held national water and wastewater infrastructure company valued at approximately $5.5 billion following its combination with Inframark earlier this year. Azuria did not disclose financial terms of the Nor-Cal transaction.
